The Challenge: Conduct a competitive analysis on the industry, as defined by consumers and the company, with primary and secondary research.

The Solution: The team conducted research on the positioning, sentiment, and competitors of Frank's RedHot. One of my favorite parts of this project was creating visualizations of our primary research. I also enjoyed building a perceptual map based on flavor varieties and Scoville Heat Units.

The Challenge: While studying in Ireland, my team was tasked to develop an athletic brand and strategy for an international market. We also addressed one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The Solution: My team created a swimwear brand called Dipped to address life below water. We explored consumer personas, cultural differences between relevant countries, and potential competitors. I helped analyze competitors and design advertisements.
